What our customers say

We recently had our loft converted, and I cannot recommend this team highly enough. From the very first consultation to the final sign-off, the entire process was seamless, professional, and entirely stress-free.

A project of this size can feel daunting, but the team made us feel completely at ease throughout. Here is why they deserve every single one of these five stars:
🛠️ The Dream Team: Adam & Callum

A massive, personal shout-out has to go to Adam and Callum. These guys are absolute superstars. Their project management, communication, and work ethic are second to none. They kept us updated every single day, answered all our questions (no matter how small), and made sure the build ran like clockwork. Their attention to detail on the structural build and framing set the perfect foundation for the rest of the project. They are not just incredibly skilled builders, but genuinely lovely, trustworthy guys to have around the house.

⚡ The Specialists: Charlie, Nigel & Steve
A loft conversion is only as good as its finishes, and the specialist tradesmen on this team are top-tier professionals:
Charlie (Electrician): Charlie did a fantastic job planning and executing the lighting and power layout. He offered great advice on spotlight placement and media wiring, leaving us with a beautifully lit, modern space.

Nigel (Tiler): Nigel’s tiling work in our new en-suite is absolute perfection. The alignment, grout lines, and cuts around tricky corners are flawless. It looks like a luxury hotel.

Steve (Plumber): Steve did an amazing job running the new plumbing. We have brilliant water pressure in the new shower, and all the fixtures were installed neatly and tested thoroughly.

✨ Why We Highly Recommend Them:
Clean & Tidy: They respected our home immensely. Every evening, the site was swept, tools were packed away, and disruption to our daily lives was kept to an absolute minimum.

On Time & On Budget: There were no hidden surprises or sudden delays. The schedule was adhered to strictly.
Exceptional Craftsmanship: The quality of the finish is outstanding. The plastering is smooth, the stairs blend seamlessly into our original hallway, and the space feels incredibly solid.

If you are thinking about getting a loft conversion and want a team that delivers perfection with a friendly, professional attitude, look no further. Thank you so much to Adam, Callum, Charlie, Nigel, Steve, and the rest of the crew for transforming our home!

At first, I was uncertain to go ahead with Goldhawk, but having now completed my works through them and reflecting back, it was the best decision! The team are all of the following: Very>>> Reliable, Knowledgeable, Hard Working, Reassuring, Quick, Fast, Detail Orientated, Consultative, Experienced, and generally great to work with! No headaches or issues whatsoever, a PROPER Loft Conversion company who know what they are doing.

When you have a specific medial issue, its best to go to the specific consultant for that area....similarly, when requiring a loft conversion, rather than using a general builder, I would highly advise using these guys, as they are SPECIALIST in building lofts!

After weeks of searching for contractors and specialists and visiting multiple completed projects we selected Goldhawk lofts to carry out our dormer loft conversion.

From start to finish, the entire project was carried out quickly and to an exceptionally high standard. In particular, the new staircase was perfectly executed and is exactly as we had envisioned. The on-site team, Connor (lead), Mason and Alfie, were absolutely excellent—friendly, professional, punctual, and attentive to detail throughout the build. Steve the plumber and Charlie the electrician did brilliant work, and their recommended tiler proved to be very skilled and meticulous.

Behind the scenes, communication was efficient and clear, with nothing being too much trouble with all certification and minor snagging issues dealt with very quickly.

A big thank you to Darren and the entire office team for keeping everything organised and running smoothly from day one.

We would highly recommend Goldhawk Lofts.

We couldn't be happier with our loft conversion by Goldhawk Lofts. From start to finish, everyone we dealt with was pleasant and professional. Jack carried out the vast majority of the work alone and the quality of his work is absolutely top level. No request was ignored and the end result is exactly what we wanted and even better than expected.

We recently had a loft conversion done by Goldhawk Lofts and we were so impressed. From the professionalism in the initial consultation to the finishing touches. The quality of work was great and the customer service was just as valuable, as Darren went the extra mile on a few occasions - he looked after us and did everything he could to make sure we were happy.
